Executive Team

Sampath Prakash founded Apsera Tech in January 2005. His past work experience has been with various organizations within AT&T stretching for over nineteen years. Prior to Apsera Tech, Prakash was a practice director at AT&T Professional Services. He created various practices that helped AT&T’s business customers implement best practices in networking strategy, architecture, design, performance, security, reliability, management and processes. Before his professional services tenure, he spent eleven years at Bell Laboratories working on architectural and performance aspects of AT&T’s Global Network.

Prakash has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Madras and holds industry certifications such as PMP, CISSP, and Six-Sigma.

John Sikora joined Apsera Tech Inc in January, 2009, and has focused on application performance, traffic analysis and WAN Acceleration consulting. His past work experience has been with various technical organizations within AT&T for over thirty-five years. Prior to Apsera Tech, John was a senior technical consultant at AT&T Professional Services. He worked with many business customers to provide consulting in application performance, application infrastructure reliability, performance management, network management, and WAN acceleration. Before his professional services tenure, he spent twenty-five years as a technical manager at Bell/AT&T Laboratories working on data communications, data networking, and network architecture.

John has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and was a Wisconsin State Fellow. He is the holder of three patents in the area of data networking.

Nik Chinai is an accomplished, results oriented technical sales and project/program management specialist demonstrating an outstanding record of delivering complex technology and systems integration projects with accountable performance and budget. His past work experience has been with various organizations within AT&T stretching over twenty seven years, primarily in the areas of Network Consulting and various aspects of managerial leadership on Data Networking technology projects and assignments. He joined Apsera tech Inc. in August 2008.

Nik has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bombay, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He also has various industries or product based training exposure in Six-Sigma, Baldwin, TQM, PMP, Product Marketing Life, Cycle Project Planning and several others.
